About Kristina

Hi, I’m Kristina! I’m a former 3rd–5th grade teacher with 10 years of classroom experience (although I will probably always identify as a 3rd grade teacher!) and the owner of Mighty Joy Teaching, where I primarily create ELA resources for upper elementary students. I’m also a wife to my engineer husband and mother to my two kids, Levi and Kylie.

I started creating resources both for myself and to sell on Teachers Pay Teachers way back in 2014 on a very casual basis. However, in 2024, I decided to take it more seriously as an actual business, and have absolutely loved it ever since!

In the classroom, I focused heavily on building conceptual understanding and making learning fun and accessible for all students. I also focused on differentiating my lessons so that all of my students could be successful. This has definitely carried over into the resources I create and share with other teachers!

After spending years learning the ins and outs of Teachers Pay Teachers, I discovered that the way I did keyword research and data analysis was fundamentally different from other sellers, and I set out to teach others what I had learned!

I create seller tools and courses designed to simplify keyword research, search analysis, and data-driven decision making so sellers can make products with confidence, knowing they have real market potential from the beginning. Usually, these are tools and spreadsheets I originally created for myself in my own business and are the proven recipes that led to my store’s success. My goal is to help TPT sellers make smarter business decisions with practical, easy-to-use tools that turn complex data into clear next steps for their businesses.
